What is Covered

Under this warranty, RPE will service or replace any battery that exhibits defects in materials or workmanship under normal use and maintenance as outlined in the user manual provided with the battery. This includes:

• Manufacturing Defects: Any faults in the production process that affect the battery's performance or usability.
• Performance Issues: Problems related to the battery's ability to hold a charge or deliver the expected power output under standard operating conditions.

What is Not Covered

This warranty does not cover batteries that have been:

• Dropped: Any physical damage resulting from the battery being dropped or subjected to impact.
• Damaged: Damage due to external factors such as accidents, fire, water, or other environmental conditions.
• Misused: Improper use or handling of the battery contrary to the guidelines and recommendations provided in the RPE user manual. This includes but is not limited to:
  • Overcharging or undercharging.
  • Exposure to extreme temperatures.
  • Unauthorized modifications or repairs.

Warranty Claims

To make a warranty claim, please follow these steps:
