Diagnostics & Visual Inspection

We begin with a hands-on inspection of each battery pack, checking for signs of physical damage, BMS fault codes, and weakened cells. This entry-level evaluation is fast, affordable, and helps fleet managers quickly decide whether repairs are worth pursuing.

Performance Testing with Neware Equipment

This level adds precise charge/discharge cycling using Neware testers. We log voltage, capacity, and performance behavior to identify weak cells under load. Customers receive clear feedback on the battery’s health and a quote for rebuilding or replacement.

Full Diagnostics & Data Reporting

Our premium diagnostic service includes everything from Levels 1 and 2, with additional in-depth testing. We match cells by internal resistance and voltage using advanced tools, then document the entire process. Test results and diagnostic history are saved in Monday.com for traceability, ensuring the highest standard of quality and data tracking.
